Black Balsamic Vinegar is made from the juice of freshly harvested white grapes and a small amount of red wine vinegar which is then fermented with a slow aging process to concentrate the flavors.

Canola oil, apple cider vinegar, sugar, mustard, ginger, lemongrass, dehydrated garlic flakes, concentrated lemon juice, salt, turmeric, black pepper, xanthan gum. May contain sulphites.
