Tips
- For an infusion, use 1 to 2 tablespoons per cup to taste. In a pot of boiling water, turn down the heat to minimum and leave the chamomile flowers to infuse for 5 to 7 minutes. Filter and enjoy plain or with a little honey and lemon.
- Store in a dry place away from light for several months.
