Delivery policies
Orders are prepared and shipped Monday through Friday. The delivery times in effect are indicated in the header of the website as well as on each product page, in the “Home Delivery” section. If your order contains items with different delivery times, it will be shipped in multiple separate shipments.
Delivery Fees
A flat rate of $9.99, before taxes and promotions, applies to all orders delivered within Quebec. Free shipping is offered with a minimum purchase amount, which must be reached before taxes and promotions.
Carriers Used
To ensure efficient and reliable service, we work with multiple carriers. Shipments are primarily handled by Canada Post, Nationex, and other partners when necessary.
Delivery by Kozy and External Partners
Some items are shipped directly by our partners and may be subject to different delivery times. An order containing items shipped by both Kozy and a partner will be delivered in multiple packages, each with its own delivery timeframe.
Remote Regions
In order to maintain fair pricing, we reserve the right to contact customers residing in remote areas to discuss an adjustment to the delivery fees when transportation costs significantly exceed the value of the items purchased.
Delivery in Ontario
We are pleased to now offer delivery within the province of Ontario. Free shipping is available with any purchase of $80 or more, before taxes. For orders below this amount, a flat fee of $12.49 will apply.
