Just before the meal, to keep guests waiting, why not serve a refreshing appetizer? We suggest bocconcini, melon and proscuitto brochettes that are quick and delicious. Why make it complicated when you can make it simple? This recipe can easily be prepared in advance. We love it! To add an even tastier touch, we suggest adding a drizzle of olive oil and balsamic cream.
Ingredients:
- 1 melon of your choice (cantaloupe or honeydew melon) cut into a ball shape
- 1 package of bocconcini
- 1 package of proscuitto
- olive oil
