To entertain simply - but with a punch 🥊- for the Super Bowl, the idea is to mix accessible recipes, with just the right twist to surprise your world. Here are a few ideas & tips for an unforgettable game night (without the stress though!)

The goal here is to prepare easy-to-eat bites that aren't too complicated to make, but are a little out of the ordinary. Traditional chicken wings are accepted, but we're betting on interesting flavors & presentations that are, well... original!

1- Mini-burgers with pulled pork, spicy sauce and homemade pickles

You can't go wrong with mini-burgers, but to make them even more appealing, opt for pulled pork cooked long & served with a homemade BBQ sauce that's got character. Add pickles for an acidic-crisp contrast. The secret is in the presentation: serve them in take-out-style cardboard boxes for a nice touch.

2 - A football-style salsa-guacamole

Why not fuse two classics of Mexican cuisine - salsa & guacamole - with a twist? The colorful, flavorful salsa pairs perfectly with the creamy guacamole, while the baby carrots spice things up with a playful twist. As well as delighting your guests, you're sure to make them smile when they see the little olive helmets - black & green for a real competition! 🏟️

3 - Melt-in-your-mouth cheese bites with chorizo and spicy honey

Cheese lovers will love this: take cubes of semi-soft cheese (like Gouda or Emmental), wrap them around slices of chorizo, then melt the whole thing in the oven. Finish with a drizzle of spicy honey (a little chilli, lime and mint for a surprising touch). The balance between salty & sweet, with a hint of heat on the finish, will make all the difference! Measure according to your personal Scoville scale! 😅

4 - Waffles & fried chicken in mini sandwiches

Do you know what sweet and savory means? Imagine crispy, golden bites - combining the tenderness of perfectly spiced fried chicken with the softness of a slightly chewy waffle... A dream idea, or what?

5 - Edible balloon doughnuts

For a simple & festive dessert, it's easy: take chocolate (or plain) doughnuts and use white cream to draw the balloon's laces. In just a few minutes, you've got a festive treat that will delight young and old alike. Who will score the first try... with a bite? 😋🏆

You can make simple cocktails like margaritas or mojitos, but for a special effect, offer micheladas (beer, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce and chilli pepper) in our humorous beer glasses - it's a guaranteed touchdown! 🏟️💃🏻
