Return policies
Changed your mind? You have 15 days from the date of purchase to make a return or exchange. Items must be in their original packaging and in perfect resalable condition. No refunds are offered: exchange or store credit only. Store credits can be used online or in-store.
Online Returns
To return items purchased online, your order must have been placed through our website. Simply contact us to begin the return process. Once your items are received, a store credit or refund will be issued, depending on the items involved. A fee of $9.98 will be deducted from the refund or store credit to cover return shipping and restocking fees.
In-Store Returns - FREE
You can return your items at any time, free of charge, to the store of your choice. Simply bring the items you wish to return — it’s as easy as that.

Certain products are eligible for a full refund if you change your mind, including:

These items are not exchangeable, not eligible for store credit, and therefore non-refundable. However, if an item arrives damaged, we will replace or exchange it at no cost.
