Any idea can create a tasty, colorful dish that's easy to improvise for busy evenings or summer vacations! That's why we've come up with some simple, practical and absolutely tasty recipes!

To reproduce our self-service platter, you'll need:
- Salsa (store-bought or homemade)
- 3 colour chillies and jalapenos if you're the spicy type! 🌶️
- Whole baby corn
- Our delicious roasted garlic dip
- Beans
- Our mini serving bowls
- Shredded cheese
- Tortillas
- Our shot glasses
- Hard tacos (or soft, depending on your preference)
- Lime & lemon wedges
- A large presentation board
Unless you'd rather try our delicious shrimp taco? 🍤
Ingredients:
- Peeled medium shrimp
- Olive oil
- Paprika
- Garlic powder
- Salt / pepper
- Red cabbage
- Green cabbage
- Red onion
- Spicy mayo
- Small pitas
For shrimp preparation:
Mix the shrimp, oil and spices in a medium bowl or zip-top bag.
Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan and the shrimp. Cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes.
Toast tortillas over heat until lightly charred. Top each tortilla with 4 to 5 pieces of shrimp and the remaining ingredients. Drizzle with spicy mayonnaise & serve!
