On hot summer days like today's, it's important not to neglect your body's need to hydrate!

Since we've got humidity on the brain, and because we like to share simple things with you, we've decided to try some refreshing, vitamin-packed beverages made with... water! 🚰

It's thirst-quenching & it's a lot less flat than plain water!

Let's start with our basic recipe:

Lemon & lavender

🍋🪻

Water, of course

Lovely slices of ripe lemon

Fresh lavender, well rinsed

And... lots of ice

Fact: lemon is well known for its antioxidant virtues, but did you know that in addition to being packed with vitamin C, it promotes hydration?

-

Now for some other tasty recipes:

Fresh mauve juice

Cucumber

Ripe blackberries

Fresh mint

Lots of ice

Fact: blackberries are naturally low in sugar, so they're the perfect fruit when you're watching your figure.

-

The exotic

Lovely slices of pink grapefruit

Juicy pineapple

A little sprig of rosemary

And, guess what? Yes, lots of ice 😅

Fact: pineapple is an appetite-suppressant fruit! It's full of fiber & helps with satiety, as well as weight management.

All that's left to add is: have fun combining your favorite fruits, vegetables & herbs to hydrate yourself to the max!

Enjoy! 🧊
