It's no secret that weekday meals are often an eternal headache. We want to eat well, but quickly & without too much preparation. Can't do it? Not any more, thanks to the ingenious digital hot-air fryer. Everything is cooked in the electric fryer.

Literally everything.

Breakfast, lunch & dessert - and it's just as well, because we're feeding you practical & tasty recipes!

🍳 When you wake up in the morning, why not start your day with an egg breakfast in a ramekin?

To do this, you will need:

1 egg
1 piece bread crumbs
grated Monterey Jack cheese
cooked bacon, crumbled
chives (to taste)
salt + pepper (to taste)

Preparation:

Program at 350 F
Put a little butter inside the ramekin (or spray with oil)
Insert the bread crumbs into the ramekin, to create the shape of a small tartlet & toast for 3-4 minutes on its own
Remove from ramekin & add in order: ½ grated cheese, bacon, egg (which you'll crack gently) & chives
Return to airfryer for approx. 5 minutes
Take out again to add a layer of cheese for final grilling

It's important not to overcook, so that the egg yolk remains runny.

🍘 For lunch or dinner, how about indulging in our spicy salmon crunch bites.

To make this, you'll need:

2 cups cooked & cooled sushi rice
2 tablespoons rice vinegar

*Place in freezer while salmon is cooking, making sure to place on a baking sheet for a large rectangle of patty*

0.5 lb cooked & cooled Atlantic salmon

*Place in airfryer at 390 F for about 15 minutes, then remove skin, mash & sauce once cool*

2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon sriracha
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon soy sauce

For the garnish:

1 avocado
1 seaweed leaf
3 tablespoons chopped green onion

*Cut the patty into 15 similar-sized pieces, top with a layer of avocado purée & salmon - then sprinkle with green onions to taste + sprinkle the seaweed leaf over the top*

🍫 If you're always hungry, our chocolate balls will fill you up!

To do this, you'll need:

Pillsbury-type croissant dough mix
a few cubes of your favorite chocolate (we highly recommend Ferrero Rocher or Cadbury eggs)
beaten egg

*Separate the dough into bite-size flats and place a chocolate cube on top. Roll up, then brush with beaten egg (for extra crunch & gold) - 350 F for 5 to 10 minutes, depending on how you like the texture of the dough & chocolate*

We suggest you get your kids involved in the sweet recipe, they're always impressed & proud of their little culinary creations!
