For online purchases, we accept the following payment methods: credit card, Kozy gift cards, Kozy credit notes.In store, the same payment methods are accepted, in addition to the debit payment (Interac).

When you finalize your purchase, you will see in the right column the items you wish to purchase. Underneath them you will find the option "Gift Card or Promo Code". Shipping fees apply to all orders under 60$ before taxes and promotions. This fee is $12.50. This price is determined by the fact that we offer items of different weights and sizes.

We deliver in most areas of Quebec, free of charge, for any order of 60$ and more before taxes and promotions.

Our standard delivery time is 4 to 6 business days. We ship your orders Monday through Friday, except on holidays. Please note that these may change without notice. In the event that an order is delayed, we will contact you.

Be reassured, your package is in good hands! We ship with 4 different carriers: Canada Post, Purolator, GLS Canada & Nationex.

There are two main reasons why fees always apply to your cart:1- Make sure your pre-tax amount is higher than $60 (be careful if you have items on sale);2- If you have applied a promotional code, it is possible that your total amount has slipped below the $60 required for free shipping. In this case, you will have to choose to apply your promo code or to take advantage of the free shipping. Unfortunately, you will not be able to combine the two discounts.

Changed your mind? Easily get a credit note or exchange your items. You have 15 days from the reception of your package to make a return or an exchange. No refunds accepted, credit notes and exchanges only.In-store purchases can only be returned in-store. You can return items to any of our locations at no charge.

All merchandise eligible for return must be in its original packaging and in good resale condition. We reserve the right to refuse to accept a return of any item.

Some products are excluded from our return policy: furniture, earrings, gourmet products, clearance items, Oleka canvas. These items are not exchangeable and are not eligible for a credit note.

If you change your mind, you can easily return the items that no longer suit you by mail. The postage costs are at the customer's expense. We will be able to give you a credit note, valid for your next online purchases. You just have to fill the form below to get your return label. Then, here are the steps to follow for an easy return by mail:

1- Pack your package in the original packaging, in good condition;

2- Stick the return label on the package;

3- Send the package by going to the counter closest to your residence.

In-store returns are easy and free. To make an in-store return, simply visit any of our locations. Simply bring the item you wish to return and your invoice (printed or electronic). Click here for all our locations.

Essential oils are composed of 100% natural substances. These 100% pure oils have not been treated, diluted or otherwise manipulated with solvents or other additives. They are often medicinal or therapeutic. Fragrance oils are more of a blend of synthetic fragrances. They are used primarily to scent a room & their scent lasts a little longer.

The taper candle is long and odorless. It is mainly used to create an atmosphere during meals, for example. The candle is scented or not and always in a glass container. It can have one or more wicks.The pillar is cylindrical and does not come in a pot. It is often decorative and may or may not be scented.
